CNPPD1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CNPPD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,740 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CNPPD1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DNPEP, PPP1R7, and ZFAND2B. Each is linked with CNPPD1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNPPD1-to-partner and partner-to-CNPPD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CNPPD1 versus DNPEP in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CNPPD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CNPPD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
