Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CNPPD1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,124 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CNPPD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GDAP1, NSD1, and C1S. Each is linked with CNPPD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNPPD1-to-partner and partner-to-CNPPD1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CNPPD1 versus GDAP1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CNPPD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CNPPD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
