Across TCGA patient cohorts, CNPPD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 900 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CNPPD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CTBP2P9, GPX6, and MTHFD2P7. Each is linked with CNPPD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNPPD1-to-partner and partner-to-CNPPD1 results are reported.
