Across TCGA cell cohorts, CNPPD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,758 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CNPPD1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Methylglyoxal metabolic process, Cytosolic transport, and Mitochondrial tRNA methylation. Each is linked with CNPPD1 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNPPD1-to-partner and partner-to-CNPPD1 results are reported.
