Across TCGA cell cohorts, CNP RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,625 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CNP-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of intracellular estrogen receptor signaling pathway, Regulation of glycolytic process through fructose-6-phosphate, and Negative regulation of glycolytic process through fructose-6-phosphate. Each is linked with CNP in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNP-to-partner and partner-to-CNP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of intracellular estrogen receptor signaling pathway grouped by CNP-low versus CNP-high in KIDNEY.
