Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CNOT4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,791 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CNOT4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CDK5, TRIM24, and WASL. Each is linked with CNOT4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNOT4-to-partner and partner-to-CNOT4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CNOT4 versus CDK5 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.25.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CNOT4→partner) and Y-score (partner→CNOT4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
