CNOT4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CNOT4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,819 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CNOT4-associated genes across cancer lineages are TNPO3, CHCHD3, and EXOC4. Each is linked with CNOT4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNOT4-to-partner and partner-to-CNOT4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CNOT4 versus TNPO3 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.26.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CNOT4→partner) and Y-score (partner→CNOT4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
