Across TCGA patient cohorts, CNOT4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,102 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CNOT4-associated genes across cancer lineages are TOMM22P5, SZRD1, and CCL4. Each is linked with CNOT4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNOT4-to-partner and partner-to-CNOT4 results are reported.
