Across TCGA patient cohorts, CNOT4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 35 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CNOT4-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4E, FoxM1, and INPP4B. Each is linked with CNOT4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNOT4-to-partner and partner-to-CNOT4 results are reported.
