Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, CNOT4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 148 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CNOT4-associated genes across cancer lineages are GRM6, SSX7, and IQCF5. Each is linked with CNOT4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNOT4-to-partner and partner-to-CNOT4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GRM6 grouped by CNOT4-low versus CNOT4-high in STOMACH.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CNOT4→partner) and Y-score (partner→CNOT4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
