CNOT3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CNOT3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,465 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CNOT3-associated genes across cancer lineages are NCAPG, GMNN, and CCNB1. Each is linked with CNOT3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNOT3-to-partner and partner-to-CNOT3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NCAPG grouped by CNOT3-low versus CNOT3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CNOT3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CNOT3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
