CNOT2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CNOT2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,859 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CNOT2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CAND1, SIN3A, and SPCS3. Each is linked with CNOT2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNOT2-to-partner and partner-to-CNOT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CNOT2 versus CAND1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.74.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CNOT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CNOT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
