CNOT2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CNOT2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,053 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CNOT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR3196, TRAJ40, and RNA5SP239. Each is linked with CNOT2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNOT2-to-partner and partner-to-CNOT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR3196 grouped by CNOT2-low versus CNOT2-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CNOT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CNOT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
