Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CNOT1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CNOT1 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in thymoma (THYM), where higher CNOT1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CNOT1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and BLCA show a favorable association.
THYM, UCEC, and THCA are the cancer types where CNOT1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
