CNOT1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CNOT1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,310 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CNOT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FANCA, EZH2, and ORC6. Each is linked with CNOT1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNOT1-to-partner and partner-to-CNOT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CNOT1 versus FANCA in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CNOT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CNOT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
