CNOT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CNOT1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 85 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CNOT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-E2, GAPDH, and STAT3_pY705. Each is linked with CNOT1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNOT1-to-partner and partner-to-CNOT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-E2 grouped by CNOT1-low versus CNOT1-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CNOT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CNOT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
