Across TCGA cell cohorts, CNOT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,846 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CNOT1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of centromeric sister chromatid cohesion, mRNA export from nucleus, and mRNA transport. Each is linked with CNOT1 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNOT1-to-partner and partner-to-CNOT1 results are reported.
