CNNM4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CNNM4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,971 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CNNM4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MTA3, HEXIM1, and FKBP11. Each is linked with CNNM4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNNM4-to-partner and partner-to-CNNM4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CNNM4 versus MTA3 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CNNM4→partner) and Y-score (partner→CNNM4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
