CNNM4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CNNM4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,912 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CNNM4-associated genes across cancer lineages are BCL6B, FLT3, and CNRIP1. Each is linked with CNNM4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNNM4-to-partner and partner-to-CNNM4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CNNM4 versus BCL6B in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.37.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CNNM4→partner) and Y-score (partner→CNNM4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
