CNNM4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CNNM4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 37 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CNNM4-associated genes across cancer lineages are TAS1R2, SLC5A4, and HPCAL4. Each is linked with CNNM4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNNM4-to-partner and partner-to-CNNM4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TAS1R2 grouped by CNNM4-low versus CNNM4-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CNNM4→partner) and Y-score (partner→CNNM4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
