CNNM3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CNNM3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,170 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CNNM3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RACGAP1P1, MTND5P33, and MIR4515. Each is linked with CNNM3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNNM3-to-partner and partner-to-CNNM3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RACGAP1P1 grouped by CNNM3-low versus CNNM3-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CNNM3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CNNM3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
