CNNM2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CNNM2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,696 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CNNM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are NDST2, HIF1AN, and SEC24C. Each is linked with CNNM2 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNNM2-to-partner and partner-to-CNNM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CNNM2 versus NDST2 in KIDNEY, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CNNM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CNNM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
