CNN2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CNN2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 109 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CNN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRADD, PLPPR2, and MICAL1. Each is linked with CNN2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNN2-to-partner and partner-to-CNN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRADD grouped by CNN2-low versus CNN2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CNN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CNN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
