CNMD

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CNMD RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,691 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CNMD-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BSG, PSIP1, and RPRD2_T723. Each is linked with CNMD in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNMD-to-partner and partner-to-CNMD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CNMD versus BSG in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CNMD→partner) and Y-score (partner→CNMD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
