Across TCGA patient cohorts, CNMD mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CNMD-associated genes across cancer lineages are Th2 cells, aDC, and lymphatic Endothelial cells. Each is linked with CNMD in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNMD-to-partner and partner-to-CNMD results are reported.
