Across TCGA cell cohorts, CNMD mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CNMD-associated genes across cancer lineages are DYNAP and FAM205A. Each is linked with CNMD in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNMD-to-partner and partner-to-CNMD results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DYNAP grouped by CNMD-low versus CNMD-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
