Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CNKSR3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CNKSR3 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher CNKSR3 Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CNKSR3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
UCEC, SARC, and LIHC are the cancer types where CNKSR3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
