CNIH4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CNIH4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 432 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CNIH4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS3AP17, OR10A6, and SOCS7. Each is linked with CNIH4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNIH4-to-partner and partner-to-CNIH4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPS3AP17 grouped by CNIH4-low versus CNIH4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CNIH4→partner) and Y-score (partner→CNIH4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
