CNGB1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CNGB1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,084 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CNGB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LGALS2, NXT2, and KATNAL1. Each is linked with CNGB1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNGB1-to-partner and partner-to-CNGB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CNGB1 versus LGALS2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CNGB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CNGB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
