Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CNGB1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 56 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CNGB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are IRS1, A-Raf_pS299, and Rictor_pT1135. Each is linked with CNGB1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNGB1-to-partner and partner-to-CNGB1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IRS1 grouped by CNGB1-low versus CNGB1-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CNGB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CNGB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
