CNGB1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CNGB1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 317 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CNGB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM25A, HTR1A, and KRT33B. Each is linked with CNGB1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNGB1-to-partner and partner-to-CNGB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FAM25A grouped by CNGB1-low versus CNGB1-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CNGB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CNGB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
