Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CNGA3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CNGA3 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher CNGA3 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CNGA3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM show a favorable association.
LIHC, COAD, and UCEC are the cancer types where CNGA3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
