Across TCGA patient cohorts, CNGA3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,088 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CNGA3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of cell morphogenesis, Erythrocyte homeostasis, and Negative regulation of cytoskeleton organization. Each is linked with CNGA3 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNGA3-to-partner and partner-to-CNGA3 results are reported.
