CNGA3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CNGA3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,894 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CNGA3-associated genes across cancer lineages are ALPL, TIPIN, and C16orf95. Each is linked with CNGA3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNGA3-to-partner and partner-to-CNGA3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ALPL grouped by CNGA3-low versus CNGA3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CNGA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CNGA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
