CNGA3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CNGA3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 827 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CNGA3-associated genes across cancer lineages are GCH1, ALOXE3, and SYCE3. Each is linked with CNGA3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNGA3-to-partner and partner-to-CNGA3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GCH1 grouped by CNGA3-low versus CNGA3-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CNGA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CNGA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
