CNGA2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CNGA2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,809 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CNGA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MFSD14C, RNA5SP412, and SUV39H1. Each is linked with CNGA2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNGA2-to-partner and partner-to-CNGA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CNGA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CNGA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
