CNGA2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CNGA2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 31 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CNGA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are APOC3, SLC10A2, and CYP8B1. Each is linked with CNGA2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNGA2-to-partner and partner-to-CNGA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CNGA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CNGA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
