CNFN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CNFN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CNFN-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTRNR2L2, MIR6075, and IGKV1OR-2. Each is linked with CNFN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNFN-to-partner and partner-to-CNFN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTRNR2L2 grouped by CNFN-low versus CNFN-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CNFN→partner) and Y-score (partner→CNFN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
