CNFN

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CNFN RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,148 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CNFN-associated genes across cancer lineages are CA11, DHDH, and KLC3. Each is linked with CNFN in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNFN-to-partner and partner-to-CNFN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CNFN versus CA11 in PANCREAS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CNFN→partner) and Y-score (partner→CNFN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
