Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CNDP2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,653 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CNDP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RECQL4, CDCA3, and TLR3. Each is linked with CNDP2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNDP2-to-partner and partner-to-CNDP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CNDP2 versus RECQL4 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.43.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CNDP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CNDP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
