Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, CNDP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CNDP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are NPY, NAA11, and C10orf53. Each is linked with CNDP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNDP2-to-partner and partner-to-CNDP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NPY grouped by CNDP2-low versus CNDP2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CNDP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CNDP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
