Across TCGA patient cohorts, CNDP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,898 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CNDP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DNAJC8, RNA5SP369, and GMEB1. Each is linked with CNDP1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNDP1-to-partner and partner-to-CNDP1 results are reported.
