CNBP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CNBP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 134 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CNBP-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4764, DUXAP3, and SNRPGP17. Each is linked with CNBP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNBP-to-partner and partner-to-CNBP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4764 grouped by CNBP-low versus CNBP-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CNBP→partner) and Y-score (partner→CNBP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
