Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CNBD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,166 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CNBD2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ADNP, CTNNBL1, and RBM12. Each is linked with CNBD2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNBD2-to-partner and partner-to-CNBD2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CNBD2 versus ADNP in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CNBD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CNBD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
