CNBD2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CNBD2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CNBD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM25G, GABRG1, and TFDP3. Each is linked with CNBD2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNBD2-to-partner and partner-to-CNBD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FAM25G grouped by CNBD2-low versus CNBD2-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CNBD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CNBD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
