CNBD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CNBD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CNBD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MMP26, ITIH1, and SIRPG. Each is linked with CNBD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNBD1-to-partner and partner-to-CNBD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MMP26 grouped by CNBD1-low versus CNBD1-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CNBD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CNBD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
