CMTM8

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CMTM8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,076 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CMTM8-associated proteins across cancer lineages are EPM2AIP1, PTGS1, and PRKCB. Each is linked with CMTM8 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CMTM8-to-partner and partner-to-CMTM8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CMTM8 versus EPM2AIP1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CMTM8→partner) and Y-score (partner→CMTM8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
