Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CMTM8 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 70 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CMTM8-associated genes across cancer lineages are CTCF, CBLL1, and EIF4H. Each is linked with CMTM8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CMTM8-to-partner and partner-to-CMTM8 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CMTM8 versus CTCF in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.89.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CMTM8→partner) and Y-score (partner→CMTM8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
