CMTM8

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CMTM8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,036 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CMTM8-associated genes across cancer lineages are COBL, SLC29A2, and CAV1. Each is linked with CMTM8 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CMTM8-to-partner and partner-to-CMTM8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CMTM8 versus COBL in LIVER, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CMTM8→partner) and Y-score (partner→CMTM8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
