Across TCGA cell cohorts, CMTM8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,207 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CMTM8-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Pyrimidine-containing compound transmembrane transport, Epithelial to mesenchymal transition involved in endocardial cushion formation, and Establishment or maintenance of microtubule cytoskeleton polarity. Each is linked with CMTM8 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CMTM8-to-partner and partner-to-CMTM8 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Pyrimidine-containing compound transmembrane transport grouped by CMTM8-low versus CMTM8-high in LIVER.
